Error monitor and user feedback on FITNET MK8
FITNET MK8 is a new document, and inevitably errors are found as the use of the document grows.
We welcome user feedback regarding your experience of applying the procedure, plus details of any errors or ambiguities you may have spotted. A simple form is provided which will allow you to enter details of the issue you have noted, but also to see whether other users have identified similar problems. The on-line form will be sent to the network co-ordinator, GKSS, and comments collated periodically. The amended form, including where possible a comment from a FITNET representative, will then be posted back to the website.
We ask for your name and affiliation when you send comments so that we can trace where the input is coming from, seek clarification if needed and (if appropriate) provide immediate feedback. Your name and affiliation will not, however, appear on the FITNET website.
To download a copy of the current feedback form, please click on the link below to open a MS WORD file. Add your comments (one comment per line) using the format outlined in the first few rows and save the file. Send it as an e-mail attachment to elvin.eren@gkss.de, including your name and affiliation.
